A little something for His Majesty - Tamil. ;-)
It's Valentines Day Tomorrow..Off late it has been a very busy life and my poor husband goes untended - so its his day and here are his favorites - Chana Masala Vada & Black eyed bean Vada. He is yet to come and taste.
On a different note, I credit this bean vada recipe to my friend Latha Muni- oh she is a very talented person and an excellent cook - a true inspiration.
Update: Tamil just came from work. He liked the vadas, he said they were perfect. After munching down the vadas and coffee, we settled down for a hand of rummy. The game was good and so was the day.
PS: He surprised me with a China Doll plant as Valentines day present! Did I tell you that I am recently hooked on to indoor plants like crazy?!..This is my 5th plant at home since my birthday. 3 of them are his gifts. ;-) My living room is turning into a green house.
Well.. Now Happy Valentines Day to you all again.
